Interim Management Services
Crisis or Turnaround Manager:
LVI quickly provides a seasoned executive (including supporting staff as necessary), who steps in – full or part-time – evaluates the situation, rapidly develops action plans and then implements the necessary actions to stabilize and resolve the situation. We work for and report to the owner(s) or the Board.
Outsourced Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
LVI provides an executive with wide financial and business experience to act as the CFO for whatever period is necessary. LVI’s executives are experienced working with lenders and investors, managing cash, maintaining and enhancing financial reporting, and controlling costs. The outsourced CFO can be full or nearly full time for a few months to execute critical projects and, then transition to part-time one or a few days per month.
Arranging a Successful Financing:
LVI is frequently engaged to assist the client in arranging a new credit facility. LVI has arranged hundreds of loans for security and recurring revenue businesses.
Preparing and Arranging a Business Sale:
LVI is involved in many engagements which result in the sale of the business and/or its assets.
